Spice up your study or work-from-home breaks! Try our Vitasoy twist on the Dalgona Coffee!
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp white granulated sugar
1 250ML pack of less sugar Vitasoy
Pour 2 tbsp of less sugar Vitasoy in a cup and heat in the microwave for around 30 seconds.
Combine instant coffee, sugar, heated Vitasoy in a bowl and whip together using an electric hand mixer for approximately 5 minutes or until creamy.
Fill a glass with the remaining Vitasoy from the pack. Top the glass with the whipped Dalgona coffee mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
